Chaos has erupted all over the world. Which New Zealand has got it the worst, poeple think it's a classic infection virus from the movies but little do they know. Well who ever is already left is that the virus is growing, developing and adapting everyday and night. Can Jackson escape this nightmare or will he meet a horrifying death to these monsters. This is the Dawning. They will never stop.

It is said that long ago, there was a group of people with magic powers. Some were good, and helped the ones that were born without any magic, while others sought to destroy anything without magic. A great war was fought, and people from both sides perished. The nonmagicals eventually grew to resent the magicals. They formed groups to hunt them, forcing the magicals to either go into hiding, or suffer a fate worse than death.
