who is she? a little lactose intolerant and a little more than depressed. when life is not great, sometimes people telling you "it's gonna be okay" makes you sick to your stomach. nothing is okay. and people telling you it will be one day makes you wanna claw your eyes out and scream your head off. so when you need someone else to listen to you and be miserable together, "milk and depression" is a great read. a story of a girl's life created through poetry, "milk and depression" assembles a story of betrayal, sadness, relapse, and recovery. it serves to define itself as the why-boys-suck-and-real-men-wont-treat-you-like-shit book of the decade (according to me, anyway. but who am i? im just the author). a compilation of all of my written poetry. In Bridge Jumping, the reader meets Jaime Sawyer at the end of sixth grade. Jaime has two best friends, Hannah and Jess, but she also has aspirations of someday sitting at the cool table in the school cafeteria. She loves life and adventure and prides herself in being a daredevil. Jaime's uncomplicated innocence is shattered early in the seventh grade when she undergoes a traumatic experience, becomes ill and is forced to miss three months of school. During this time she recognizes the face in the mirror less and less as she struggles to hold on to the image of herself as a brave daredevil. The reader is welcomed inside Jaime's head and heart as she deals with the scary reality of living with Graves Disease. Jaime is frank and honest about how it feels to lose sight of the healthy girl she was.When she returns to school, she discovers the worst of the experience has yet to come. While she was out, rumors had abounded about where she was, and why she was gone. She finds herself in a very different place, socially - the cool table not only seems impossibly far away now, it's no longer even a thought in her head. The only thing she can think about is getting through each day - the teasing and name calling - and getting back to the safety of her home. By the end of the book, Jaime comes to realize that all she really needs to survive the treacherous journey of middle school is the love and support of her family, a true, strong belief in herself and one good friend. For those who have been through similar experiences, Jaime's journey may be comforting. For others, perhaps it will be eye-opening - shedding light on the ramifications of one's words and actions.

[Original] When Bailey's best friend Gwen goes missing, the perfect little town of Haven crumbles and Bailey's uncanny ability to simply 'know' things leads her on a path of self-destruction. Putting her on the outs with friends, family, and even the law, she strives to find Gwen, but the longer she's gone the more Bailey is plagued by torturous nightmares...Nightmares that just happen to predict the future. WARNINGS: Gore, violence, mentions of date rape drugs, cursing, teenage angst/drama, and as you read further there are some very disturbing scenes, particularly in the prologue and after chapter 16, and 27 (off the top of my head-I think)). There may be a few scenes before 16, but the most note worthy are after that chapter. Don't let what happens in chapter 01: Hello World pt. 1 throw you off from the feel of the prologue... I don't jump into the action right away. It takes awhile, but eventually the feeling transitions back to the prologue. I started this story in 2008 and it is still not complete. I have plans to edit while it's incomplete (I'm in the 3rd edit, unfinished now) and then I'll edit it at least three more times once it's finished. Changes are being made now. I'm hoping to complete this by the end of 2016. Cross your fingers! Updates? Will not happen often. I'm sorry I can't give a more concrete time period. I just don't write that way! Will the family be strong enough to survive through the struggles that reality throws at them, or will they separate and despise each other for what has happened.

This story takes place in early times, where a civilization has a jury of judgement, who are the founding fathers. This kid is the one that will find the truth, or is that just another lie itself?
