Hey guys! I just want to share my scripts for shifting to help give you guys some ideas! Comment some things you think I should add or if you have any questions! so, this is basically my shifting story. it'll have tips, scripts, symptoms, and my personal experience shifting (or more likely, trying to shift). shifting is basically shifting your consciousness to another reality, and trust me ITS REAL. you can pretty much just shift yourself to your dream reality while a clone (that will not mess up your life) does the things you normally do. here are some things you might want to know about shifting. shifting is not against god or most religions. i am actually a Cristian so i wouldn't be doing this if it was. also, don't give up if you didn't get it on your first try, a negative attitude will prevent you actually shifting.

This is a method I created which gave me symptoms & raised vibrations. Don't want credit. Just wanna help us shift. Try out, and share! The PLANE METHOD (1) - Switch on binaural beats or theta waves shifting audio. (2) - Close your eyes. You enter the airport. There are friends and family waiting to wave you off. In your suitcase are clothes you will wear in your Desired Reality. (3) - Listen out for the check-in announcement. "Flight to your Desired Reality". When you hear this, walk to the check-in desk, show your ticket. (4) -"Where's your destination?", the desk attendant asks. (5) - "To my Desired Reality", you say, proceeding to tell them where you will be living, with whom, what you will be doing and with whom, GF BF, SO, etc, and how happy you will be, once you arrive there. (6) - "Enjoy your flight", they reply. (7) - Turn around and wave goodbye, and walk to the plane. (8) - Reach the plane, and whilst climbing the steps, affirm continuously and repetitively that you are shifting to your Desired Reality. (9) - Once at the top of the steps, you will be shown to your seat by your flight attendant. You will be sat alone, with nobody sat next to you. (10) - Whilst you hear the noise from the shifting audio, you will feel movement, the plane taking off. (11) - You will hear the announcement from the captain. "This is your captain. You are on the journey of a lifetime. Buckle up your seatbelts". (12) - Whilst flying, focus on your dream destination. Picture all the nice and exciting things that will happen to you when you arrive there! (13) - Some time later, you will hear another announcement from the captain, - "We will be coming in to land. Expect some turbulence". (14) - As you feel a sudden acute dropping motion, go with it. Don't worry. Everything will be fine. As you fall, continuously affirm that you are shifting, and you are reaching your desired reality. (15) - The falling motion stops. Fall asleep to wake-up in your desired reality.
