Noe Nari, an average woman in the large city of Seoul working as a small nurse in a hybrid care center. A brave smile, weak heart, and strong personality were what made her survive the 23 years of her life. Hiding from her toxic mother wasn't easy. But she made it, somehow. Tumbling between an emotional breakdown and good mental health, she somehow managed to go about the days of her life. It was until she accepted the offer to transfer herself as a medical official at the Cho Hybrid Mental Health care center. A mental asylum built in the middle of a forest on an island. How is the poor girl to survive? Things start turning into a mess as secrets unveil about the mental asylum. Will Nari leave? Or is she too involved with the life of seven half-humans to do that? ... A shaky breath leaves her lips as she felt the cold white wall pressed against her back and the tall figure of the lion closing in on her body. His arms rested on either side of her face as he leaned down to her face, his tail flicked dominantly and his yellow eyes burned like molten gold. Nari had barely built the strength back when he harshly pinned her hands on either side of her head, the small remote fell out of her hands before he kicked it away. Nari winced in surprise before one of his hands wrap around her neck. "I can snap your neck in milliseconds." He leaned closer to her ear before whispering. "This is power." His harsh hands tighten around her throat as she choked. It was tight, but not enough to kill her. "I, cub, am powerful." "You- You're scared." She choked as her lungs struggled to keep her alive. For a second she saw the walls of hatred break from his eyes before he built them again. "I'll kill you, human."
