Greetings, wonderful citizens! I have never been one to write down my feelings-I prefer to announce them verbally-but it's been brought up to me on multiple occasions that it can aggrivate -certain sides.- So here we are on an adventure through my beautiful mind! ~Roman

I wrote the first 32 lines of this poem in a frenzied passion at a serious point of transition in my life when divorce broke my family apart. My hope was to capture an honest portrait of the turmoil that I was holding in my head putting to writing capturing multiple voices and perspectives of those involved. The voice of the father who held onto a heavy secret, the mother whose trust was broken, and the child who was caught between them and tried too hard to hold their family together.
