As Terra is left in the wake of his disastrous confrontation at his "peace rally," she must somehow convince her parents that the battle-scarred nomad she has brought home with her is actually "an exchange student," and she must teach Robbin to survive in her world. Meanwhile, Hunt and Roland are left to a sullen cave full of sadistic nomads who want revenge for Robbin's disappearance. Can Terra find a way to get them both back to Carynthia before all Robbin worked to build is torn apart by disagreement and debated leadership?
