Merlin's origins and character development

Starting at the beginning of Season 4, Lancelot and Merlin manage to close the rift without a sacrifice. With Arthur curious about magic, Merlin finds himself revealing his talents to the most trusted of the knights and to the prince. Together they decide that they will bring magic back to Camelot when Arthur becomes king. Also, a funny Merlin meme in every chapter. For no reason, just cause I liked them. And I don't own Merlin, obviously. Just the story.

Random Merlin oneshots, ships will include merthur, mergwaine, mercelot and freylin. Requests are highly recommended, though it might take me a while to get to them. These also might suck bc its my first time writing anything about Merlin Cover is not mine, i found it on pinterest but have no clue who the original creator is. For the longest of times, you had been loyal to your king. Before she was given the sword, you were the closest of friends and did everything together. Then she became king, and you her trusty knight. It's been so long sense you saw her and the others. But once we collect enough souls, we can bring them back! We can bring them ALL back.
