After reading Max a scary story, Ruby has a nightmare where she is in the same situation as the character in the book. This is not necessarily a fanfiction, but simply an idea for a potential Max & Ruby episode. If you do not agree with this being an episode, that is your opinion. This is the first of a few episode experimental ideas I'll be publishing to Wattpad in the future.

Ruby breaks her leg during the big Freeze Tag tournament, which puts her in a cast and on crutches for a few weeks. Max becomes jealous that his sister is all of a sudden getting a whole lot of attention and help because of her injury. This is an experimental plot for a future Max & Ruby episode. None of the characters have ever received an injury on the show before, except for one instance when Max scraped his elbow in the Season 5 episode "Doctor Ruby," but to me, that doesn't count. So this is just to see how this sort of plot would play out. This would also be the first hour-long Max & Ruby episode (around 45 min without commercials) "Max & Ruby" belongs to Rosemary Wells and Nelvana and Treehouse. This is just a made up episode. For all you Curious George and Little Bill fans reading this, inspiration for this episode came from the Curious George season 1 episode "Housebound!" and the Little Bill season 2 episode "A Trip to the Hospital." There's also a little dash of the "Jealous" episode from The Paz Show (Ready, Set, Learn!)

This is a fanfic of one of my favorite shows, "Max & Ruby," as well as a tribute/spoof to the 1946 holiday classic "It's a Wonderful Life". Ruby has always enjoyed arts and crafts, baking, project making, and all activities fun and creative, and Christmas is no exception! The only obstacle she ever has to face is her little brother Max, whose shenanigans always get in the way, but ultimately help her in trying to accomplish her goals. That is until Christmas Eve, where his rowdy behavior with the help of his toys do the exact opposite of help. Ruby is known for her golden patience, but tonight is different. In fact, she is so upset she angrily wishes she never had a brother! [this is before Grace and Oliver were born] For the first time, Max's kind, loving, and forgiving sister not only has been pushed over her limit, but seems to have lost her way. Fortunately, her guardian angel Emerald is here to help, and she devises a plan to get Ruby back on the right moral path and appreciate the wonderful gift she has been blessed with- her little brother Max, but will it work? [DISCLAIMER]: While I designate this and have written this in the format of a Max & Ruby episode (more like a special), there is stuff in here that you wouldn't find in a typical Max & Ruby episode. There is emotion, there is crying, but in the end, it is still a Max & Ruby episode in my eyes, so if you don't agree with this style and content then you do not have to read it. But please don't waste your keystrokes on typing up criticism on how you think this is not how a Max & Ruby episode should be. That is your opinion. Ruby is in a bad mood and no one can seem to figure out why. This is a 30 min special (23 min without commercials). "Max & Ruby" belongs to Rosemary Wells and Nelvana and Treehouse. This is just an episode idea. For all you Franklin fans out there, this was inspired by the Franklin episode "Franklin's Bad Day." This would be a good departure episode in case Julie Lemieux (the voice of Louise) decides to depart from the show. It's just that Louise has such a distinctive voice that I can't hear anyone else voicing her.

After an angry Max disrupts the family dinner, he runs away in hopes of finding a new family, only to get lost into the night. This is an idea for a "Max & Ruby" episode. NOTE: This was inspired by the notorious "Pingu" episode "Pingu Runs Away." For those of you who haven't seen it, just YouTube it.

A teenage boy gets sent to East bunnyhop...that's it...

When the school bully, Rocco Russo, admits to Ruby that his father physically abuses him, Ruby feels distraught when he makes her promise not to tell anyone. Guest Stars: Duke Cutler as Rocco Russo Jane Kaczmarek as Principal Griffin This was inspired by a Full House episode, for all you Full House fans out there, the episode in particular is "Silence Is Not Golden."
