Trenutno vas uvodim u moj vrlo 'zanimljiv' život. Moj otac je otišao sa majkom u Kanadu, jer su pronašli odličan posao tamo, a ja sam ostala sa mojim 'dragim' bratom Justinom u Londonu. Irene Stones is a 15-year-old girl that is going through a tough period of her life. Her dad left her and her mother, and now they live alone. Her mom is an alcoholic so Irene have to do a lot of things on herself. All this experience is overwhelming for her. She is dealing with depression and she is underestimating herself. She is called upon to decide whether she should start her life over or she had better kill herself... Now the consequences of these two different options are both presented. In the first, Irene is putting effort into making her life better and in the second we see what happened after she committed suicide from the different perspectives of people that loved her.
