I feel I should offer a disclaimer; this will not be a book of pretty words and flowing writing. It might even have an odd format with short stories, prayers, poems, journal entries, and autobiographical tendencies. There will be raw, unfiltered emotion because I have always been a very emotionally driven person, prone to oversharing. This isn't a tutorial or a teaching manual, or a guide to Christianity. It is my personal journey in discovering The Way. My ongoing path from religion to having a personal relationship with the Living God. The idea for Letters to God has been with me for years. At first, as a blog post, but that didn't appeal to me as much, for my heart has always leaned toward writing books. Then I tried sharing parts of it as short stories, but that didn't sit well with me either. Subconsciously, I've been working on this for years. Of late, the Holy Spirit keeps putting the title in my head, and I've finally gotten the message. (Extended version and book 2 available on Ink*tt.)

This book is focused on helping women know who they are in Christ and to let them know that God wants them whole. God wants them healed and walking in complete freedom! Sometimes, we face situations in life that can cause deep pain. We may not know where to get healing or even restoration. God wants his children, especially his daughters to know that he loves them. He knows all about the pain and even the trials they are facing. A woman of God has so much to take on and this book is filled with prayers. Each chapter is focused on a certain area of healing. Each chapter will have a part focused on helping you navigate through whatever area you may need restoration in. The next part of the chapter will have scriptures and prayer. There is so much going on in this world and women of God must know that the Lord is taking them to a new level. Healing comes from almighty God. He is the only one can see what is hidden. There are hidden issues that you can't see within your heart and you need God to get to the root of every issue. This is just a helpful godly guide to get you going in the right direction. Healing takes time and it won't happen overnight, but this book can give you some encouragement. May it bless you and strengthen you from the inside out. -St.Rose

I figured everyday, every minute and every second, we shall be tested and tempted by evil. The closer we are to God, the more the attacks on us will be. This will be a life long struggle, or should I say a never ending battle and we cannot let ourselves be lulled into comfort and become vulnerable to the devil's influences. I read and learned to battle evil and survive satan's attacks, amongst others we must: (1) Take the threat of spiritual attack seriously; (2) pray for strength and help from God; (3) memorize Bible Scripture so it will be a source of help no matter when and where you are; This will not be an overnight realization but hopefully together we can get strength from each other and do our life, our blessings and The Father's generosity justice. So as I study and read the bible, it is with the intention to fortify and strengthen my defense against evil, I will write down in this book my favorite scriptures, them that will be meaningful to my daily life. Join me in giving God "HIS time" by reading, understanding and commenting on scriptures of the bible, let them be a common source of help and strength for us.

God has a desire for you to lean into him. God has a desire for you to see him in a powerful new light. I know this world may drain you at times, but he wants you to have a prayer life with him that is on fire. He wants you to know that he has you and he wants your whole heart. God wants to ignite your relationship with him. He wants a deep relationship with you and he wants you to be rooted in his love. He wants you to experience him in a new light. He wants you to stop beating yourself up in this season and to start grabbing tight to his hand. He wants to take you to greater levels and he is calling out for you to receive his mighty love. You may feel like you have a hunger to grow your relationship with God, but you feel stuck. We all face problems, but God wants to help you through them. You might feel like you don't have the right words to say to God, but he is looking for a heart cry. There are no perfect prayers you can pray, but I pray that each prayer in this book would help you grow your prayer life. God is looking for you to call out to him even if you feel like you don't know where to start. Remember, James 5:16 (NIV) states- Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. This prayer book has reflection points to help you think about your walk with God and how to get closer to him. The reflection points are at the bottom of each chapter. You can answer them during your quiet time with God or even after you read the chapter. God knows what you are facing and your prayers aren't hitting the ceiling. They are going right to his ears.

If you like allegorical poetry, give this a look. You may enjoy, it you may not, but I am always open to discussion and criticism. In this book, you will find, poems written from the heart, That I will not cease to write, even if I fall apart. The are God inspired, though man-made, or so I believe, Because they possess thoughts that I could not conceive. Praise, sadness, and stories are contained herein, Tales of how, Jehovah-Rophe, saved us all from sin, When I began, as I have written, I knew not where to begin, But now as I continue, I let the Holy Spirit in. So please, give it a read: you may learn something knew, Or maybe it will allow, The Spirit to enter you. They may not be the best in prose, or even in song, But in them are principles I believed all along.

As we care for our physical bodies by providing for its needs and protecting it from injury or sickness, we should also care for and protect our spirit and faith. We must provide for our spiritual needs and build up our spiritual bodies so they will be strong enough to fight off anything that will try to penetrate them. Sometimes in order to be able to stop a physical sickness, we need to know the cause, or where it came from, first.
