Simon never really felt too sure of himself in any aspect of his life; But now-with Baz-he was sure for the first time. Sure of his place and where he belongs; Sure that he loves Baz and is loved back; Sure of what he wants and of what he needs: Baz. He is where he belongs. Simon and Baz. Baz and Simon.

1st Person (switching pov) Heavy Angst Three years after Simon and Baz graduated from Watford. Three years after Simon lost his magic. Three years since Baz and Simon started dating. But, they didn't even know if they still could be sure of that anymore. Recently, (well, if you want to call a year recent) Simon had been drifting away. He hasn't felt worthy of anything since he defeated the Humdrum, not even Baz's love. All Simon has ever known is his life in the tower. He's told it's for his own good, but he feels like he's slowly going crazy. Until one day, he meets a boy. The first person he's ever talked to, apart from the Mage, or at least the first he can remember. And suddenly, everything starts unraveling. all characters in this story belong to Rainbow Rowell (bless her)

Ever since Baz was a child, he heard stories of the miraculous Simon Snow and his incredible adventures in Neverland. For Baz, stories of Simon are more than just stories--they are true. The tales become his way to escape his harsh reality and his old-fashioned family. So, when his sister is old enough to understand, he tells her about Simon Snow and his battles with The Insidious Humdrum and how he and his fairy help-mate, Penelope, save Neverland on a daily basis. What Baz doesn't know is that there's always someone lurking outside his window when he tells these stories. Ever since Simon was born, he knew that the real world wasn't the place for him. His mother died during childbirth and his father, in turn, became an abusive drunk. So, when Simon was seventeen, he escaped to Neverland where he would never have to grow up and be like his father. Now that he's been there for so long (he lost track of the years overtime) he starts to wander back into the real world to see how things have changed. One night he hears, through an open window, a silky voice telling stories of Simon Snow the Great Adventurer. The boy that didn't want to grow up. So Simon hovers outside the window night after night, just to hear what the boy has to say. One night, Simon finds himself going in through the window to try and find his shadow and meets the mysterious story-teller. Who, as he finds out, is not just mysterious--he is incredibly attractive.

It's coming up to the Valentine's Day Ball, and Simon plans to use a love potion on Agatha... but it goes horribly wrong. (Very quick read; four short chapters.)

After tragic life events happen, alongside his girlfriend, leaving him for California, Simon no longer believes love exists, and it's just one big fabricated lie. Until he bumps into Baz, will this be a love story for the ages, or will this end in flames?

For all Simon Snow fans that want a little bit extra before we get that third book. I hope that you like what my way of settling it, even if it's not as good as Rainbow's. (No way is as good as Rainbow's, she is the all mighty and they all came from her heart her ending is the only real ending.) But either way, I hope you enjoy mine! And yes, the title is from the song too, in case you were wondering. (I know you probably weren't, but.) With Watford in trouble, it's only a matter of time before Simon, Baz, Penelope, Agatha and now Shepard get themselves mixed up in something else. Something in the UK is after Simon (no surprise there), but whatever it is might just be powerful enough to take out an entire town. Not only do they have to deal with that thing, but they now have to do it while following the rules of the Coven. If you had broken every single rule and put your whole way of life at risk, you'd be forced to follow the rules now too. Which puts a spanner in the works for pretty much everyone. So Simon, Baz, and Penny are off again to track down the Mage's Men before they Screw up Big time. A cursed Normal, determined mage, And two boyfriends barely holding on?
