Copper: A young, naive, freshly eighteen-year-old man, eager to explore the world one small step at a time-even if that step is something as simple (and terrifying) as riding the bus alone for the first time. With the help of his two best friends, Adalyne and Harper, he begins to navigate unfamiliar territory: the city, independence, and even the strange boys he meets along the way.
Aristotle: A twenty-year-old who is anything but naive, Aristotle keeps to himself, shaped by a past that's taught him not to trust too easily. Still, he's trying-trying to open up, to communicate, to let people in. With his closest friends, Laven and Peter, by his side, he starts to believe that maybe he can learn to accept his feelings... even when those feelings are for a wide-eyed boy at a bus stop.
When Copper and Aristotle cross paths, something shifts. Will they become friends, enemies, or something more?
Only time will tell.
