He blends in with the crowd, almost too easily. However, the few who do know him? They say that once you're entranced by him, you'll never truly snap out of his spell. He recently picked up a web novel about a magic academy, and they joke around that the novel taught him his charms. So imagine his surprise when he gets thrown into the story after dying a pathetic death, only to realize that the characters have been replaced with his friends. Not only that, he was also the main villain of the story. You know what? That's fine! Continue life as normal. Study, eat, sleep, ignore old friends, dodge plot points, what's the problem? He sucks at magic. JL needs a tutor, or he's going to repeat another semester. Unfortunately, the only top students eligible to be his tutor are his ex-friends.
