ok, so this is like, my 4th or fifth time writing smth gorillaz related. Help me 😭 I just have so many GOOD ideas on what to write revolving around them uhhhh so basically, you're an orphan kid who had recently lost your parents in a really bad car accident and you end up getting adopted by the gorillaz!! Two of my ocs will be in here too! In fact, this fanfic is based on one of them, but they lost their parents after they were born (unknown reasons) and met the band around mid phase 6 (they'll show up eventually!!). For you, this happens around phase 1-2; I might add in the other phases up to phase 8 (current). idk. Also this is written in second person POV, unlike most reader-insert fanfics i've read. Just a heads up ^w^ (oh and there is NO. ROMANCE. INVOLVED.)

a story based around if the Gorillaz for some reason decided to farm instead of make music. (phase 2) originally started in July 2020.

Noodle had always thought she was straight. But after one of her childhood friends, Audrey, returns to the UK from Australia, she is presented with the challenge to rethink her sexuality. Noodle and Audrey did have an... interesting interaction with each other before she moved to Australia 6 years prior after all. Takes place hist before phase 4. I do not include Plastic Beach/El Mañana events & angst in my story lines. Warning: some mature scenes will be present (but not enough to where I need to up the rating... I don't think.)

Paula grew into someone a little more free and wild. No longer the tortured girl from before. But one piece stayed. A part that told her what she needed to do as the clock ticked faster. In time, she had to make a choice. And Murdoc? He didn't feel this way in ages. Yet here was a bird who loved him for a change. Someone caring. How could he possibly let her slip away? To that bastard singer? Not a chance. Not after years of torture. To find a break. To find someone who actually wanted to keep him around. An otaku guitarist, a tattoo artist, a hip-hop bookworm, and an ex-hitman have their encounters intertwine. With the common interest in music, they formed a band. When they cross paths with Gorillaz, similarities were noted among the members. Two bands, four members each, and a rivalry sparks between them. If only they could wish on shooting stars to make their problems go away...

I am a teenager myself 15 years recently and I totally know how it feels having several crushes on older boys. The character is 18 years old. And her name is Rose I don't own Gorillaz or the pictures used in this fan fiction.

To sum up the long and short of it. The reader is a fallen Angel who is addicted to souls. You have taken contract upon contract to get where you are today. Money scattered around, plenty of souls to last you. However when an unexpected horsemen asks you to take a contract, how can you refuse. After all working as a maid for the band couldn't be that bad...right?

Just like the title says!! Since Gorillaz is back, I thought it would be neat to make this. I had actually written a 2d x reader a few years back, but deleted it because it was horrible. Sorry if you actually liked it! Please feel free to make requests! It would actually help a lot!
