First off, ***trigger warning***I honestly have no idea how to describe this book. I guess it's just poetry about my life, and my life is pretty good. My mind is what ruins me, it twists and turns everything good into something bad. I feel like poetry is my way of running from myself, my poems might not be the best but they're better then other methods I've tried. I guess I proved myself wrong. I do know how to describe this book, it's my Poetic Therapy.
