When the whole world is silent, even one voice becomes powerful. - Malala Yousafzai We share our emotions through art. Through writing, painting, and composing. In a world where no one shares their inner music anymore, some begin to lose themselves and become Muted. When Solveig's brother becomes one of them, she refuses to accept his silence. To save him, she must find not only his lost voice, but her own and discover that even in the quietest world, a single voice can awaken many. Prompt 36: You're told to choose a weapon before battle, but when you approach the table, the only options laid out are musical instruments.

A series of one-shots about Sabine's life from when she joins the ghost crew to when Ezra leaves. [OR the one where all she has is her family and sometimes she can't win the fight without losing.] -:- She learns new colors around them; the brushing of fingers, the wind in the air; she's never felt these colors before. She thinks that maybe, maybe once she finds these colors, she'll be able to watch more. Understand more. Sabine adds the sky to her infinite pallet, even though she will never be able to paint what it feels like to be the wind.

wabi-sabi 侘寂 : (noun) a way of living that focuses on finding beauty within the imperfections of life and accepting peacefully the natural cycle of growth and decay Wabi-sabi. Synesthesia. Whatever words people use to describe this abstract relationship I have with colors. Some colors bring to mind the faces of people I know or memories I have or that one Tumblr post that I found at 1 AM. Sometimes, things will happen that remind me of colors. I'll hear sad songs and desperately try to find a color that knows how I'm feeling. What follows is a rather odd collection of what I associate with each color...

「𝒲𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝒶𝓇𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓁𝒾𝓈𝓉𝑒𝓃𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓉𝑜?」 「𝒜 𝓈𝑜𝓃𝑔 𝒻𝓊𝓁𝓁 𝑜𝒻 𝒸𝑜𝓁𝑜𝓇𝓈...」 ~~~ On one nondescript morning, while waiting for the bus and listening to her favorite song, Lee Chaerin met a peculiar boy named Kim Seokjin. Unlike Chaerin, who believes the world is dull, yet can see multitudes of colors from the music she hears, he saw beauty and joy in every corner and longed to know the shade of the sky. After an incident where Chaerin relished just an appetizer from the most notorious banquet called death, she soon begins being enticed by not just the boy but his wonderous music as well. Together, making new acquaintances along the way, they learn to live, to love, and to know that happiness won't last forever. This is the tale of a girl with synesthesia who longed for a life ...And a colorblind boy who longed for a purpose. (𝓘𝓷𝓼𝓹𝓲𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓫𝔂 𝓪 𝓽𝓾𝓶𝓫𝓵𝓻 𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓽) Thank you @cherryficss for help with the summary 💜 _____________________ #2 in "Synesthesia" out of 316 stories | 12/15/2020

He wheeled around to me, baring his teeth. "What?" he hissed, his voice dripping with venom. I gazed back at him helplessly. "She's mute, Sherlock." I felt my heart pump a little slower.
