You've been super close with your brothers best friend for the longest time, Satori Tendou. You've known him since Ushijima and him started playing on Shiratorizawa together. But one day everything changes when you look for Tendou after a match and see burns...and bruises. Maturing together and never getting a solid answer makes you overwhelming curious and sad. Why would anyone hurt Tendou? Being the only one that he's opened up to and the only one that knows what his dad does, it adds trust to your relationship.

Some chapters may include: Mentions of self harm, sucicidal thoughts, and depression. The chapters that do will include trigger warnings. Swearing will also be present in this story. (How do you even write descriptions without making them sound bad? Like I'm genuinely wondering.) (This story will only include fluff, only because that's what I'm comfortable writing) I don't own any of the characters from Haikyuu. Tendou saw someone walking in the opposite direction as him, a bit further down the sidewalk. He could sense them from a mile away. They were like a fire. They lit up the area, making everyone they walked by feeling warm. He wanted to say something to them, and he was immediately comforted by their presence, becoming addicted to it so quickly, but he suppressed his urges until they looked up at him with a smile. Before they walked past him, they stopped, staring up at him with a genuine smile, one he hadn't felt since Ushijima. they pointed to the box of chocolates in his hand "I know this is sudden, but can I have a piece of chocolate? I like that kind more than any other dessert," they said.
