It has been 7 years since you joined the circus. You only knew that as you had been counting each day with tallys in your notebook that you hid under your pillow at night. It was like sleeping on the days you had lost,replacing them with your dreams of the original life now gone probably for forever. Your relationship with the group was varied depending on the person but your most interesting connection was with the "Ringmaster" or some would say your "Prison warden" but the group called him Caine. Caine was the AI who looked after humans who ended up in the circus! He kept things in control and sent the gang off on adventures!... ... but what happens when one link in the chain begins to break?

Then, new people magically appeared where there's singing and objects floating around them. One, a jester girl, was looking around in confusion and fear as the other one, a white rabbit, tries to calm the jester girl down. The white rabbit grabs the jester girl as a flower pot falls and shakes violently as it's half stuck on the stage. The jester girl walks backwards, eyes on the flower pot before bumping into the white rabbit, which leads to a domino effect until it stops with a ribbon figure whose comedy mask broke. The girls slowly back up as they were surrounded by other figures, who stared at them. Then, a voice spoke up, "Caine, is this one of your NPCs or is this a new suckers?" A purple rabbit points at the two girls. Read to find out!

Y/N is a pretty popular girl among the students of her college. While having good grades and good future prospects ahead, she still manages to have fun hangouts with her friend group: climbing rooftops to go stargaze, playing sports they've never played before, and, most importantly, exploring abandoned buildings. After losing a bet, she's dared to explore one by herself. Y/N wasn't scared at first, but the place looked too good to be abandoned. After a while she reaches a room where she finds a computer. It was still on, which was surprising because she didn't think there still was power running through the place. There was a weird looking headset beside it. She had never tried one of those, so she picked it up out of curiosity, blew some dust from it and put it on. You may find some songs/soundtracks during the story!! A young troubled soul found herself in a digital world run by a quirky AI. When she was still human, her life was miserable. She was given no name, was a black sheep and everyone hates her. From that moment on, she wished that she wanted to start over again, and start a new life. Now entering a digital virtual world, run by strange characters, insane wacky adventures and digital worlds, her life started anew. Well, not all of the other humans like her will lose sanity. When the circus experiences a software update after certain events, those that have been abstracted returned with zero memory of what happened including their past. As you are one of these characters as well with no memory, of who you were before like the others. Not to mention that those living in the circus have zero memory as well. Y/N is an odd, but relatively normal person who collects objects he randomly finds. He goes to college, goes out with his friends, and works from 2 pm - 5 pm. One day after curiosity gets the better of him, he explores an abandoned office building and comes across an old computer that's still turned on. When a mysterious stranger explains what's on the computer and gifts it to him as a Christmas present, he transfers the data to his laptop and leaves taking a strange headset with him, and doesn't realize that he's about to make nine new friends that live in his laptop-a very colorful cast of wacky and zany characters.

WE ARE SO BACK!!! x2 The prologue contains spoilers for Episode 6!!! After the prologue the story kinda branches off from canon so keep that in mind! The rewrite will most likely follow more closely though we'll see....(Yes there will be a rewrite at some point) UHH THIS IS VERY HALF ASSED SO DONT TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLY!! This was just something fun i decided to write after watching episode 6 cuz i needed to get the funbun demons out of my system. To elaborate on the rewrite things - YES i plan to rewrite this once TADC as a whole wraps up! I think it'd be fun to revisit it and hopefully make it play out a bit smoother. There is a very high chance the rewrite will deviate from the original fic and follow a bit closer to TADC canon but i'll try and keep it as similar as possible. We'll see...... BUT FOR NOW!!
