After receiving a mysterious letter from a man that they never heard off, the circus gang have been invited to visit the playtime co toy factory, a place that they never been to before, Not even Caine knew about this place until now. But after watching a VHS tape a set of doors mysteriously appear leading to the factory, but after going through them the doors disappear leaving them trapped within the factory's walls. Now trapped within the factory, things take a dark turn as they must work together to salve puzzles, fend off the monsters lurking in the shadows, escape the factory, and maybe find the truth of what really happened here.

A retelling/reimagining of Poppy Playtime based on the events of Poppy Playtime Chapters 1 through 5. The story follows a young adult man in his mid-to-late 20's by the name of Cameron Wallace, who interned at the Playtime Co. toy factory over a decade ago as a teenager due to his father, Patrick Wallace, working there as well. After the mysterious disappearance of the staff just days after he and his father left, Cameron receives a lead over a decade later that his former co-workers may still be alive but trapped within the factory. Following the clues left to him, Cameron returns to the abandoned Playtime Co. factory once more to see if he can solve the mystery of what happened on August 8th, 1995, as well as what was going on within the factory that led to his father's suicide years after their departure from Playtime. (This story, like the original game, may describe unsettling topics. Take caution while reading.)

But then, you've received a letter telling you that your supposed co-workers from Playtime Co. are still there after 10 whole years. You didn't tell your parents about the letter, and later found out - through research - you that you used to work there, but after an accident happened when you were coming home, and just so happened to get in-between the crossfire is when you got your head injury. Against your better judgement, you went there because of your growing curiosity and sudden rise of internal guilt rising inside of you. You made a promise to your little brother that once you return back home, you'd give your little brother a toy from the factory as a souvenir. How will you survive this madness that'll stand before you in your expedition? Will your little brother be enough to convince you to move forward and survive this hell that was bestowed upon you; your will to not give up just yet? Will you fight against the Prototype and live in the end? Or will you end up dead just like the rest of Playtime Co.'s staff?
