Chapter one. Tris (pov) Hi my name is tris prior and I go to divergent high. My best friends are Zeke, Shauna, Uriah, Christina, will and Marlene. They're the only people I really hang out with. I used to be best friends with Tobias eaton, but one day when we were around 10 or 11 years old he told me that his dad beat him and told he he was worthless. The next day when I went to see him he wasn't home, I checked our tree house and there was a letter saying that he was sorry and he loves me. After that I never saw him again. But I don't think about it much. Tobias(pov) My name is Tobias eaton. I am 17 years old . When I was 11 years I told my best friend Beatriz's that my father beat me. Once I told her my father took me away and we moved to Florida from our home in Chicago. It's been 6 years and I'm finally moving back, I'm attending divergent high. Beatrice Prior is 12 year old preteen who has gone through things that no one never should face. Because of someone's selfish decision she must live with the consequences. SPOILER ALERT. It's been seven years since Tris's death and Four, in a desperate urge to talk to her, decides to write her a letter. The years go by and he ends up writing her four. "...but I wasn't meant to say goodbye to you because perhaps I'm not finished with you just yet, that perhaps you still have to "See me soon." It's a silly thought, but I like it and I'm holding on to it."

One action, one choice, can change everything. When Beatrice Prior and Tobias Eaton become the only Dauntless Transfers from Abnegation ever, let alone in the same year, they change the system. I'm tired of sharing my thoughts with everyone. I'm sick of being honest with everyone I meet. I'm not Candor. I'm Dauntless. What if Christina's story was a lot different then just what happened through Tris' point of view? What if Christina is a totally different person then who Tris thought she was? The last thing Tris expected was meeting the love of her life online, she wasn't the kind of girl to date someone she had never met. But when a certain blue eyed boy comments on one of her pictures her life gets flipped upside down.
