The colors appeared in the night. It had been happening to the human race for as long as I could remember. My father had said that we were not like this once, that we were clean, perfectly bonded; perfectly ordinary. There was a time in which the human race could hide their emotions up their sleeves, and no one had to brave the world knowing that their secrets were just unspoken truths that couldn't be hidden. In today's world, we would be the aliens of the past. He was different though. With a whole head of dark midnight blue, so perfectly blended with the night sky that it was borderline black. It brought out the color of his eyes, a shade of light evergreen that dulled the forests that ran across the borders of our land. Me myself, I was a collection of reds, colors of the sunset and of the dawn in which I was named after. While I was warm, he was cool. I was red, and he was blue. The lilac sky that touched the heavens as our fates collided was enough proof that we would clash and meet. But while everything was a bright burning hue, perhaps purple just wasn't for him after all. - Inspired by Halsey's COLORS Edited and co-written @twelvewonderingstars

What is the cause of all worry and unhappiness for anyone? What stress people so much that they cannot sleep at night? It is about the worry of their future. The burden to make the future better stress them so much that they spent hours in their bed accumulating different scenarios. Well let me tell you about a world where people are 'Happy' as they don't have to worry about their future. Set in a utopian society where people know all about their lives and nothing is unpredictable. They know all about the happenings of their coming day. Their lives is in the palms of their hands. How good it to be part of this society. In this society, everybody gets a dream about their next day the previous night and their day progresses according to their dream. The dreams are said to be so that they bring happiness to the life of its viewer. What happens one day when Ashnah stop having dreams? Note: I have decided to revisit this story and will be writing it a bit differently. I will reposting this story here.

Noa Ryvverson expected one simple thing out of life: that it should make sense. He never expected that, in the process of making sure that it did, he would come across a history determined to rearrange the context of his twenty-six years, or that the one person able to put him back together would be a secretive file clerk with a foul mouth and messy hair. This story explores the relationship between a boy and a girl, emotion and logic, urban and rural, and the frail balance that exists between them all.
