Starting Monday October 3rd I'm going to start writing in the book like my diary. I will write about my day, what I ate, how many calories etc. My goal is to lose 20-25lbs by Christmas (December 25th 2016) I will post before and after pictures on Christmas. Every week on Monday I'm going to do a weigh in and write my stats (measurements) so you guys can read/see the progress.
