NOTE :This is a two part poem. If you skip the first part, the second part might not make as much sense. Stuck at a bottom of a hole with no light, hoping my signal will shine bright. I see you up there within my sight, but to bad none of us can help because we're both stuck in fright.

The unthinkable has happened; the endgame has come, and there's no easy way to win. Sacrifice the lives and freedom of your subjects for a chance to save a lost loved one, or forever lose the one to your responsibility. The outcome of this decision has effects in centuries after, as Jay Holden finds out when she discovers that she's an integral part to a story deemed to be legend. Thrust away from family and into a world mixing fantasy with modern reality, she comes face to face with a suave, psychopathic sorcerer intent on using her as a way to restore his power. ***updated every other sunday**

He could only see the colors in people. She saw nothing but gray. He took life for granted. She captured life on camera. "One more smoke won't hurt." He would say. "One more smoke will bring you closer to the brink of death." She would reply. "Yeah? Well, maybe I want that." Was always how he ended it. It was odd how much they differed.

People often assume that to want is the same as to need. And that is where they are mistaken. There's a fine line between some things that point out there oppositions, their differences and their uniqueness from each other. The line between want and need is so visible, that it's actually quite invisible. To never judge a book by its cover was, I think , the perfect way to describe me. I am a visible disguise, one people can see, but not really see.

In an effort to help end the negative mental illness stigma and to raise awareness of the importance of mental health, I'm putting together stories from different people from different backgrounds that have suffered or know someone who has suffered from mental illness. This is also an attempt to show the way bullying can affect mental illness. I'm hoping this will encourage people to tell their story and know that they always have a person to talk to if they need it.

This is my first poetry book but please don't overlook. I've made writing in any form my kind of poetry norm! I really hope you enjoy and consider being my envoy. Here follows my Bio poem 📓📓📓📓📓 Scott; Son, friend, coach and mentor. Brother of all Wattpad writers. Lover of women, reading and writing. Who feels passionate, caring and those that let him. Who fears loneliness, depression and failure. Who would like to see an end to bigotry, poverty and political correctness. Resident of Melbourne, Australia. Arroy! 📓📓📓📓📓 I trust you will enjoy the various forms of poetry within.

We've all had our inner battles, the fights that no one sees, the unheard pleas for help, and the unshed tears. Many of us know what it's like inside, but it's hard to put the pain into words. This is a story for all those who fight the inner fights that no one sees or hears. The battle is hard, the war seems never ending, and reality is frightening.

War of the Worlds is a gripping account about the imminence of World War III and the winds of strife in preparation for the final apocalypse. Presenting the reader with more than a clandestine war, the narrative lies deeper than the visible realm; as it awakens to mysterious spiritual realities and the desperate struggle for power and world dominance.

Visible Six months after Invisible, nothing has been the same. That night still lingers-unspoken, unfinished. Now, a wedding brings them face to face again. Old feelings resurface, glances grow heavier, silences speak louder. This time, the heart refuses to stay hidden. This time, the invisible becomes... visible.

“Who am I?” The middle aged couple who claimed to be my parents gaped at me when I uttered those three words. They exchanged worried glances, and communicated through vague facial expressions I couldn’t decipher. “Sweetie, are you sure you don’t remember anything?” the woman who I assumed to be my mother asked. I shook my head. “Well, it’s alright,” my father spoke, “You’re awake now and that’s all that matters to us.” My mother squeezed my hand, forcing a smile, “We love you, Kayla.” “Kayla.” I rolled my tongue over the name, tasting it, hoping it would trigger a memory. “Kayla.” This is a story for the #Visible July 2015 contest.

A warning from a nightmare future. Ten years after the UK fragmented, the emergency mandate of the Consensus goverment is coming to an end. At long last a General Election is due. World-weary journalist Richard Davies becomes reluctantly drawn into the aspiring National Renewal Party's campaign. But as long suppressed social tensions erupt on to the streets of a nation so much like - yet so different from - our own, he stumbles across a conspiracy aimed at the very heart of the relaunched democracy. With his options for doing the right thing in a world gone wrong narrowing and time running out, somehow Richard has to survive long enough to expose the greatest scoop of his career. A 151,000 word novel written between 2012-14. The 'future' I imagined has diverged from our current timeline, but many of the book's themes are still sadly only too relevant. For more information and a plot overview I recommend the companion Readers' Guide. https://yamur.dijitalkalp.com/story/51378045-the-blurt-of-richard-davies-reading-guide This novel contains mature, unsettling, and dark themes. The Blurt was previously voluntarily listed as Mature, but if Wattpad won't play fair by their hiding works so listed from being seen by the general audience, I see no reason to abide by such a ridiculous policy. Just be aware of what it is you are getting into.

I used to be a loser. Seriously. I've lost a lot of battles against my emotions. The past few years, however, I've been fighting hard for my mental well-being, and I'm finally winning. It's been a rough ride, and it's not over yet! Come along on the journey through my past as I reminisce the events of my life that contributed to my disorder, and the steps I took to pick up the pieces after I broke. Memoirs of a Bipolar Winner is based on my past and personal experience. My hope is that it will be able to help other people who suffer from this illness, and remind them that they are NOT ALONE. Author's Note: Thank you to everyone who is reading this book and keeping up with the new chapters. I appreciate every one of you! Thank you for helping to encourage this work-in-progress author and her work-in-progress book. ;) This book is not being written in chapter-order. Trips down memory lane are seldom straightforward, especially mine. I'll try to arrange chapters as I can, but just be prepared to see something that might seem out of order.
