Empty Stories

I've never thought about myself until I lost what was important to me. I questioned the world, unaware of what is happening. I despised life for not giving me the answer I need. My path leads to nowhere but I know I have to continue walking. And somewhere along the way, I've lost myself completely. I tried calling out to myself, but I never heard even a single word. I tried looking for myself everywhere yet I'm inexistent even in my own world. I have no reason to continue yet I kept moving. The moment I lost hope, I started running. Losing awareness of what's important to me along the way. Losing my reason, not caring for what I came to be. I stopped hoping for a better tomorrow until you came crashing onto me.

Empty Names is a collection of different POVs from one girl living through silent battles behind closed doors. She changes roles, but never escapes herself, a daughter trying to be enough, a friend who stays even when she's taken for granted, a lover who gives more than she receives, and an employee who keeps smiling while slowly breaking inside. Each chapter carries a different name, a different face of her life, and a different version of pain she never says out loud. Because sometimes, people don't fall apart loudly... they just become "empty names" in stories no one really reads.

His name is Harry. But is he really Harry anymore? He's become cold-- not just on the inside but he is cold to the touch, his heart barely moving enough to keep his blood warm. His bones seem to creak with the wind, as if he is going to go fluttering away, up into the sky. Harry isn't himself, he's just an empty shell. Even the tan skinned boy he clings onto seems to be losing that adventurous spark in his eye. Everything he touches turns to ash, everyone he gets close to shatters. But then there's him-- the tan boy with the fluffed up hair and the featherlight touch. His soft voice echoes through Harry's head, it fills him with warmth and for the first time in years Harry isn't shivering, he feels as though the sun is shining on his pale skin. But he's afraid. He's afraid of what he's become. He is skin and bones, he is now a stuttering, blubbering, crying mess whose fingers shake so much that he can't button his shirts. He can't let Louis see him, he can't let his walls fall. But he's tired, he is so so tired-- And keeping his walls up is becoming harder and harder as he falls deeper into Louis' ocean blue eyes.

She was raped by Weston guest at a party and now she has a problem plus the whole town knows she had sex with Weston but they don't know she didn't want it. Follow her on her journey as she lives her life as a raped victim with more than one problem.

This is a book of poetry. It revolves around depression and anxiety I'm getting better but I did have severe depression to the point I hurt myself. I don't hurt myself anymore but lately I really want to. So I thought I could write a book of poetry about how I feel. The settings are not always realistic but it helps me get across what I want to communicate. I hope this can inspire others to write. Writing saved me from doing many things I would have regret. I plan to end this on a good note unless I get worse again. Anyway this is the book. Enjoy.
