Munich, 1940. For a year, Nazi Germany has been at war with the Allies. And they have been winning. More and more 'undesirables' have been rounded up in the occupied territories and trapped in ghettos. Theodor Eisenberg. Age 13. Jewish. Theo's family constantly lives in fear of being caught. Unlike their brethren, the Eisenbergs are fortunate, for they look 'Germanic', and have been spared persecution from the authorities. However, Theo is forced into joining the Hitler Youth, where he could be exposed at any time. And he cannot trust anyone. Will he pull through, secretly slipping through the grip of the Nazis? Four years ago, the Almighty sent all angels except for eleven year old Axel, and his mentor Chief away from the Realm of the Pure. For no reason at all, they were sent away; leaving Axel very confused, and angry. He questioned why ; why would his creator betray him? What had his fellow angels done wrong? What is wrong with the Almighty, to just send them away without reason? Those questions—for reasons unknown—are never answered, leaving him in the dark, trying to figure things out for himself. More than his confusion of the fall of the angels; Axel is traumatized from the loss of his dear twin sister Athena. He longs to see her, hold her, and protect her from the dangers of her new home. But sadly he can't, for he's in the Realm, while she's on Earth...As the anniversary of her fall draws closer, Axel begins to hallucinate her; hearing her voice, and seeing her images. He desperately wants to get better, but the question is, can he do it?

Aezier Friscx who was conceived to be a weapon against impurities couldn't control her spirit weapon's power. After her rampage that resulted in the death of so many exorcist she was exiled to an isolated island infested with impurities along with the only person who's power is greater than her's, the only one who could defeat her when she loses control.
