How do you remember something when people want you to just forget it and move on? Hazell lived through child abuse, but her siblings were spared. Hazell is questioning why it happened to her and not them, and why now--after years of being forgotten and unloved her father suddenly wants involvement in her life. Although this story is a work of fiction, I have been diagnosed with PTSD and wanted to bring to light the struggles that come with a disease that seems to be stereotypically reserved for soldiers returning home from war. It is a story about mental health, and the stigma that comes along with it. It's my first book on Wattpad, so any suggestions would be super duper awesome. Thanks! Oh, it's also a work in progress so I'll be adding chapters as I write them. I hope to get to 50,000 words by the end of October--so kind of a NaNoWriMo book but since I've never been able to get to 50,000 by the end of the month I gave myself a head start. :) but yeah, keep coming back for more chapters!
