@Darkannabeth i’m not much helping this solution without medication being involved, but I do know that sniffing alcohol or hand sanitizer does really help if you’re able to get any of that next time you’re feeling nauseous at home it doesn’t make it go away completely, but it should help a little bit and that’s all I’ve got honestly
