Greetings All - You may call me Fae~

Today I am your leader, as I am the creator of Tethered and the mythic universes that orbit its very existence: worlds steeped in shadowed magic, fractured stars, ancient councils, and the quiet ache of those who have survived more than they dare speak aloud. My work blends dark fantasy, gothic atmosphere, and sci-fi aesthetics, led by real-world experiences that carve themselves into stories that linger like echoes kissing the tips of your ears in deep, dark corridors.

For many years I was a knight pushed to her knees, using art as my shield - a place to retreat, rebuild, and survive my pain. I used my mind as a shield, my safe place, and for a time, I disappeared so deeply into those worlds that returning to reality was no longer wanted. It felt impossible. I was wounded, scared, and unsure if I could stand and finally run free. It took a long time.
But I learned to stop,
breathe,
open my eyes,
and heal.
For a while, when learning to live again, I refused to touch worldbuilding and fantasy. Instead, I used my art to carve a diary - the shapes and colors that bloomed in my mind as I pushed myself to heal.
Eventually, as I healed, I found I no longer feared losing myself to my imagination.
Now I create not from fear, but from strength - with a touch of pettiness, a whole lot of honesty, and the freedom of someone who realized she doesn't need to ask to breathe or apologize for taking up space.
Through my art and stories, I hope to offer a moment of stillness, wonder, maybe even recognition... while still reminding you of this:
Fantasy is a place to visit, not a place to live.
Shadows are beautiful - but you deserve to stand in the light and truly live.
Reality isn't as scary as you make it when you find the right things.
