Okay okay hear me out. When writing a GN!Reader do you let the audience decide the clothes or do you? Because for me, it’s easier to just give MC a set pair of clothings that way people can change it if they really hate it and so I don’t have to go
They wore a (F/C) (Clothing) with (F/C) (Acessory)
since I feel that takes me out of the story with the constant (Blah/Blah), so I choose the clothes but since i’m writing a gender neutral MC I can’t just go.
Slipping in a pleated skirt they gave a little twirl examining themselves in the mirror.
Since that feels too fem, at least for me, and I also can’t do anything too masculine. Basically my dilemma has always been clothing which is why I often avoid describing it most of the time. Yet it hit me. The perfect in between of masc and fem. That in between is shorts. Shorts are amazing. Shorts are comfortable. Everyone wears shorts. Everyone loves shorts.
Highkey I just really like wearing shorts, it’s like what Youngster Ben, in pokemon red, blue, yellow, and remakes, said "I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear!"
Thank you for listening to my yap sesh about shorts being the perfect option for GN!Reader.
