quick question, babes—
do you lot prefer 1st person POV or 3rd person POV?
i'm editing an excerpt and can't decide which one hits harder. let me know what you'd rather read x

The dreams did not die all at once.
They faded like ink left in the rain,
each compromise a quiet erosion,
each tomorrow taking a small, unnoticed piece.
Yet beneath the ruins of ambition,
beneath the dust of all I've abandoned,
something still stirs.
A pulse. A memory. A stubborn ember refusing extinction.
So here I am, writing into the silence, sifting through the ashes of who I became for traces of who I was.
Not searching for the person I left behind, but for the fire that once made me believe I could become more.
And somewhere in these unfinished words, I think I hear it breathing.

y’all I still haven’t watched the Peaky film omg is it actually peak or nah??
@MsBoookesh I liked it, but honestly, would’ve preferred if they just did a whole season. Some parts felt rushed, and the ending was lackluster for me. Overall though, I’m glad they concluded the story (just would’ve preferred a season)
