I suspect most of us have a decent book (or two) inside of us; the challenge is getting it out. Well, and then getting somebody to read it. But hey, one challenge at a time.

Despite all evidence to the contrary, I'd always assumed said book (or two) would one day emerge fully formed from my fevered brain, but funnily enough I had to actually start writing for it to happen.  Turns out, the key to becoming an author is to write stuff.  Huh - who knew?

Since that seminal discovery I've won a Watty, been featured a few times, become a member of both Wattpad Stars and Creators, been part of the Paid Stories and Wattpad Originals Programs and had a book published.

And you thought they had standards around here.
