How much does Reinhard know of the other central powers and that other part of the war? Like the Balkans? Also, if you can tell me, even just a little, was there something that happened that ultimately caused his father to spiral in the war or was it just the constant distress of it?

@Flight90 The saddest death is probably All Quiet on the Western Front. Paul's death was so sudden and pointless in my view. And Reinhard wouldn't feel much about them, since both sides didn't know what they had went through.

@SandmasterXD In your opinion, what is the saddest death in a war movie and why? and do you think Reinhard would view the Bulgarians and such as equals?

@Flight90 The German's were very close to the Austrian's and Bulgarian's apparently, mostly due to their dependence for the Eastern front of Germany. And, during the trenches men could only hear stories or rumors from one another about the different fronts of Germany, and that was the only source they could judge on. Therefore, lets just say Reinhard prefers to be back at home.

Hey! This is kind of random, but I’m working on a YA dystopian novel and I just posted a few chapters on Wattpad. Could you check it out? Because it has gotten 51 views in less than 20 days. And I have almost no comments or feedback.

Thank you so much!!
