Hey y’all, long time no see. So… I’m doing something I should’ve done going on 7 years ago and I’ll be on an indefinite hiatus for a while, don’t know how long entirely but for a while is all I know. Guess this is basically the short version.
          	
          	When I was 18 my plans were to enlist for 4 years and get out, well that was before I had a surgery on my knee and my recruiter at the time told me not to even bother with it. The main driving factor for me here is that my current job started mentioning layoffs last month and no other jobs around me even reach out to say “Hey, you weren’t selected,” or whatever. I’m going on 25, at the time of writing this, in 16 days and yeah… gave up my age there, yeah I’m old.

Well I took another hit last night, someone went and deliberately hit my, former, spicy little Nugget. My boy never went towards the road and we found him at the edge of our driveway this morning. 
          
          RIP and fly high my little Nuggster, gone too soon and we’re gonna miss you buddy. ☦️

I know I’m a day late and a dollar short but happy Thanksgiving. The last month’s been up and down but hey I’m taking it day by day and just happy to wake up. Still taking my time working on stories, some more than others. 
          
          I think that’s it for my, late, monthly post on my wall if that’s what it is but if it isn’t then I’m sure I’ll post something later on or sometime next month.

Anyone else notice the sudden surge of bots following profiles or is it just me?

@Emogamer2244 Well I guess Royal Road would be my main option since I’m more so focusing on my original works now but I’m still somewhat holding onto the hope that they get this bot situation fixed on here. I’m going to give it some time, probably a few months, before I make the decision.

@Shadowofthemind for warming AO3 is an invitation type thing you have to send a request to make an account but the up side is it's not going to axe you over smut as it's like the most smut friendly fanfic page royal road and inkitt are new to me as well. Royal road is owned by Amazon and seems more heavily focused on original works where AO3 is for established fandoms no matter how niche it might be and I'm not gonna lie I'm not to familiar with inkitt I'm not a big fan of it over all ui but appreciate the fact that you can search for specific tags I'm a little uncomfortable with some of said tags but AO3 has that same affect on me just with AO3 it doesn't allow for smut with minors which inkitt has a tag for but it could be for the survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
            
            As some sexual abuse survivors myself included turn to writing to process what we went through some go into the details way to much for me and I'm more sensitive to that but sometimes you kinda gotta question the intention of the writing. AO3 has a lot of Non-con which always leaves a similar feel of was this to process the event or are you just enjoying writing this. But granted I don't read anything that has tags like those to avoid an episode flaring up, just my honest opinion on the sites I'll admit I've used AO3 more than the other two but it was mostly to find pricefield stories because there's not that many on here

@Emogamer2244 I haven’t really been active on here lately and every time I log on I see a notification about a new follower and then just seeing the profile pic gives it away. I won’t ever heard of any of those sites so I might give them a look, rather not lose the progress I have on my WIPs but if it can’t be helped then so be it. Sucks too because I’ve been on here for a long time all things considered.

Started on another new story that I’ve been throwing ideas around to myself since this morning, I seriously need to focus on Humbled but I’m taking my time with it and working on it when the ideas for it hit me.
          
          Probably won’t release either one until I get finished with them, and find a better picture for the new one instead of the placeholder I currently have.
          
          Anyway, hope everyone’s been doing good and it’s me just checking in saying I’m still here.

Not going to announce this because it’s not necessarily important but just a life update, well here we go:
          
          24 years and I’ve done a lot in it, going from t-ball and midgets football to boxing. From always avoiding any kind of conflict to enjoying getting punched in the face, even I don’t know why I like it myself. From a buzzcut to whatever mop, as my mom says, I have on my head now.
          
          I’ve met a lot of people along the way, lost some that were very dear to me and gained others but that’s just how life is.
          
          I’ve had a fight and I’ve lost, I blame my own stupidity for it. I haven’t lost the hunger for more just ain’t had the time.
          
          Still trying to figure storylines out for stories but being preoccupied with your mind always being around work doesn’t allow much headspace to do it.
          
          I’ve still got plenty more to come and this is just the beginning of it all though.

Haven’t really been active since I “finished” Guilty Conscience because I’ve been busy with so many other things and just trying to find the time to write while I relax is just so hard to do but I’m still kicking and trying to figure out some stuff.

I’ve had the time to process that last season of Arcane and oh my God do they know how to build me up, wreck me, build me up again and just blow me to pieces… that being said it was overall worth the wait, can’t wait to see what other region Fortische does next. Kinda want to retcon the endings to my first fanfic but like I said in Guilty Conscience I’m stepping away from them until I can get this mess in my head right.
          
          But I’m not announcing this status update because who honestly wants some random guy’s opinion on a show?
