I write because I want to give to kids what English gave to me: a reason to live. I was born in Belgium and lived there until I was 11. I learned English when I moved to Texas and have been writing poetry ever since. I am now a 22 year old aspiring poet. My goal is to help people understand they are not alone, and while our stories may differ, we write them alike. They/them. Timmy/Fien Meuleman.
