I now have two fics in progress. One is at 11.4k words and the other is at 2.4k…. This is NOT GOOD! “Houston, we have a problem!”
I dunno. I feel like I can’t concentrate and I won’t finish EITHER if my attention is divided like this…
Weird question to other creators…. how do you get a character who’s a SIDE CHARACTER and NOT pivotal to the plot to SHUT UP?!?!

I am working on a PaiSky fic (getting veeeeeery close now!) and for some reason, Pai’s MOM keeps demanding new scenes!!!
She’s like: “Oh!!! You wrote about me! You should write about my awesome husband! And my sweet children! And—“
Me: well!… I’m TRYING to write about one of your children, woman!!!!
Her: “Noooo, but you have to write about all of my babies!!!”
Me: ((headdeskslam))
@action-puddle I would maybe send her on a business trip and then you only have to write the goodbye and then you silently let her come back without telling the readers
