guys i know you’re not pressuring me. you’re asking for updates because you are connected to the story and i truly appreciate that. please don’t feel like you have to walk on eggshells around me. i don’t take comments personally, so feel free to be honest. if you’re waiting for an update rn, please don’t. i’m occupied this weekend, so the next chapter will only come after sunday. i understand the disappointment, it’s totally fair if you feel disappointed, i just don’t have the time right now. i’m sorry if you feel like i’m testing your patience. i’ll be back.

@authorem_ I've just picked up the habit of checking in after 2 weeks, never before that.

@authorem_ hey !! i can totally understand ur situation and it's totally fine if you not able to update due to your busy schedule but it's a request don't give dates for the chapter becoz it is so frustrating..... waiting for the chapter...the excitement and distraction from the my work all turns into disappointment and i feel sooooooo sad and guilty for wasting my time over waiting so i just want to say don't give dates just upload the chapter when feel like no pressure no hate but think about the reader feelings and excitement also.

Aanya, stop," Adwait said, his voice slightly louder now, laced with warning.

She could see it-he was about to snap. Yes, yes, now he'll lose it, she thought, a thrill sparking in her chest.

But instead of reacting with anger, Adwait simply leaned back in the chair, eyes locked on hers. Then, without a word, he began to unbutton his shirt-slowly, deliberately-each movement exaggerated, until he yanked it off and tossed it aside.

Aanya's eyes widened. Her jaw dropped. Shock flooded her face.

"Ahhh! Shameless!" she shouted, spinning on her heel and making a dash for it.

But he was faster. Adwait stood in a flash, reached out, and caught her wrist mid-stride. She turned, her hand already balled into a fist, aiming straight for his face. But he caught it mid-air.

In one smooth motion, he twirled her under his arm like a dancer, then leaned in and pressed a bold kiss to her left cheek.

Her mouth dropped open again-outrage, disbelief, and something else flickering in her eyes.

She didn't hesitate. This time she lifted her knee, aiming for his stomach, but he caught her leg with ease. Sliding one arm under her knee and the other around her waist, he bent her slightly backward in a dramatic dip. Before she could wriggle free, he kissed her right cheek.

          Then-thud.

          He let go.

Aanya landed squarely on the floor, right on her backside.

Crossing his arms over his bare chest, Adwait looked down at her, a smug smile playing on his lips.

          "You lost," he said.

It’s honestly disappointing and a bit disheartening at this point. We’re not even asking for updates anymore-just a little communication.
No one is demanding explanations or personal details. Even a simple line would mean a lot. Something like: “I’m busy right now, so I won’t be able to update Please don’t expect specific dates-I’ll post a new chapter whenever I have the time.”
That’s it. It barely takes a minute, but it makes a huge difference for those who are waiting and supporting.
We completely understand that life gets busy, and that’s absolutely okay. All we’re asking for is a little clarity and acknowledgment.

@Crimsonlullabyy exactly a lil communication won't hurt anyone

sometimes i fear the author will never come back, i have experienced this before where i was reading an ongoing book which was going so good & then all of a sudden both the co-authors stopped posting the chapters, i am still heartbroken! i really feel sad for those who are waiting desperately for the chapters cause ik how it feels, i wish authors were more responsible about completing a book and then take a big break, at least we wouldn't have felt so let down! i am trying to not sound mean or rude but i am sorry if i have crossed the line! ‍♀️☹️

@Inamina1998 exactly and even when she says soon will be the update and on ig story also she said she'll bring them back but nothing she has posted or updated not even responded

@ZaynabChunawala @sidneet1617 the thing is that the author shouldn't have promised of posting chapters on a given date because then the readers tend to wait for the chapter only for it not be posted which sucks, the last (thankfully) time she spoke to us it was on the 13th i believe even then she promised of posting a chapters as soon as possible and it didn't happen when in fact me and many readers told her to not give a date...sigh i just hope she completes the book soon and then goes on a break even if it's a year i don't mind honestly cause then she at least is not expected to complete a book!

@sidneet1617 actually reading a ongoing book is such regretfull decision but it was so good and the reels on ig about this book had also trapped me into reading it

Hello, I wanted to ask are u going to update I know you are a very busy person but it's been almost 3 months since u have not updated. U were constant in start then from September we literally begged u to update. In a few months it's going to be a year of u writing this book and very less chap have been completed.
If u don't have time I would suggest you to take a break and start writing when u are free from ur ongoing work and then complete the book and then start updating. You have a gift of writing and people really wana ready the story coming from u.
And those coming in comments telling her to take as much time as she wants, i completely understand but no one has that patience level of months to ready one small chap then again gap of few months. If this continues for months people will eventually lose interest in the book no matter how good a writer u are.

I request u to give us a clearer picture about ur plan with writing this book and updating so that I will keep hoping to read this book or should I give up. You completely go MIA for months.

I suggest you as u don't get much time to write u can record your ideas, the dialogues convert them into text and brush them a little.
