i’m alive and always lurking, just big adult things happening right now on top of buying a whole house and moving in two weeks. hoping to get a chapter up for you soon but we’ll have to see how long packing takes me :’)
my new toxic trait is writing a new chapter til the point where it’s a couple scenes away from being completed and then just stopping for two weeks… like what is that

heyyy i wanted to come and ask a question! im on like chapter 5 i think on matilda, and i cant help but notice how well you write!! do you have any advice, especially to not stay repetitive?

@okokokthankuverymuch when I’m looking up words that I want to replace I literally just google “synonyms for ___” and then fill in the blank with the word. I’ve also been on a pretty big reading kick lately since I got my kindle so being able to read books of authors with different writing styles and their way of describing certain moments and actions have helped “broaden my horizons” too lol I’ve also just been writing creatively for over 10 years so I think a lot of it comes with practice! if you ever want specific help in a certain passage or something you can message me on Twitter or TikTok!! :)
@omystylesx okayy that makes sense! i mean like u said, sometimes i feel like i use the same words so many times! do u have any hints for sites or how to reword some phrases cause i cant really think of suggestions on how to reword it as i write, its so annoying! i love ur writing so much, im sure the later chapters stay good too!!
