Sometimes life doesn't always give you lemons to make lemonade. It just wants to make your life sour and rot your teeth until they're gone. Some of us get the long end of the stick, others short, and some absolutely nothing. Getting nothing makes you distorted and getting everything makes you someone who controls the system. That's world we people live in, where powerful and powerless become even more gapped. Welcome to the Mansion. You didn't choose to come here, but don't worry, the house decided long before you arrived. The rooms will shift to accommodate you. The portraits will adjust their angles to admire you. The walls will whisper your footsteps in hushed converstation. You'll meet the residents, some polite, some eccentric, all wrong. They've seen you before. They'll see you again. The house likes rules, rules that must be followed no matter what. Pass them all and you might escape. A collection of poetry from the mind of an anxiety-ridden teen

I was really inspired by this new Korean drama I have been watching. It really makes you think! Everything you know as a kid, from fairy tales to believing in Santa Claus, doesn't prepare you for anything but disappointments. Always turning to reasons like 'Oh they are too young!' or 'they won't understand,' doesn't mean that you shouldn't tell them stuff. Young minds are very impressionable, the younger, the better. But if you keep feeding them all these idealistic things, they'll just end up disappointed. Obviously this should be done in stages rather than just skipping it altogether. So it inspired me to write this. This is just my opinion and I am just exercising my right to free speech , so I'd appreciate it if you don't leave any hurtful comments.
