"Begone. Gone. For divinity has dispersed. Now humanity's destiny is forged. We are all labeled APOSTATIC." God's a fucking joke. You learn that pretty quick living under a sky full of pipes. This planet never had fuel. No coal. No oil. Nothing worth burning. After that steam engines invention, the industrial revolution came, because some brilliant psycho discovered the human body produces more energy than any engine ever built. After that? Everything went to hell. Steam towers, pressure boilers, turbine halls, gearworks big enough to swallow city blocks. Pipes running through buildings like veins. Dynamos humming day and night. The rich call it progress. Yeah, no shit. Down here we call it processing. And it turns out - people are the fuel now. We burn REAL great. The government runs a nice polite system called Contribution. Families give something to keep the generators spinning - a limb, a kid, sometimes the whole damn household if their district falls behind quota. Do it long enough and they Promote you. That means they bolt you into a pressure rig and let the turbines chew your pulse into electricity. Meanwhile the rich bastards float above us in their clean little sky-city pretending the world isn't powered by screaming. Down here it's gangs, rust, meat grinders, cannibalism drugs and cult freaks chanting that the engines are holy punishment. Dumbasses. Name's Poppy Van Carter. That's what the records tell me. Mechanic. Smoker. I keep broken steam engines alive because if they stop, the whole rotten city drops out of the sky. Funny thing is... Apparently my body produces more power than any damn boiler they've got. Which means everyone suddenly wants me. Government. Cult. Even my half-sister Akira Steinhelm. And I just wanted to fix engines and smoke in peace. Instead I'm stuck in this rusted hellhole waiting to see how many nails do I have to drive into my neck to get out. Welcome to APOSTATIC, BITCH

This is not a book. It's a beast. It watches you as you read. It judges you while you laugh. It makes you smile just to watch you fall harder. Inside, there is no plot. There is a family reunion of talking mushrooms, evaporated fathers, prophets in their underwear, and unforgiving hens. There is a bar that expands into a universe. A trattoria that serves as a dimensional rift. A notebook that writes itself-but only in ancient, local dialect. Alejandro Fiorenova writes as if he were cursing with love. As if Kafka had eaten too much heavy food. As if Stephen King had served in the military with an Italian rogue like Diego Abatantuono (the soul of the Oscar-winning Mediterraneo), and they had just reunited at a post-apocalyptic barbecue. It is too chaotic for those seeking logic. Too raw for those living on the run. Too human for those who believe they are eternal. But if you accept the journey-wrong shoes, right wine, open heart-the Infinity will change you. Or it will make you worse, but in an interesting way. This book is not read. It is endured. It is danced. It is digested over weeks. It is a prayer written in wine. A cosmic joke where you can't tell if you're laughing or screaming.

The Earthling is a multi-volume science-fiction series examining whether choice can survive in a universe built on control. The series begins on Astrius, a sentient planet long shaped by the influence of the Gods of Prime-beings who enforce stability by eliminating deviation. Astrius has survived previous divine wars not by resistance, but by endurance, developing adaptive systems that allow it to exist under imposed coherence. As planetary systems fail and wars escalate across physical, psychological, and metaphysical planes, Terrans face an impossible question: Is survival worth forced unity?

**On hiatus for plot reconstruction** **Cover done by victoria_arose** Most people live their entire lives without ever knowing who their guardian angel is, let alone if they even truly have one. Oliver Everton, however, has known since birth who has been watching over him. Reizo was the best guardian of his generation of angels. He believed every human deserved a chance at life regardless of what their fate may be. After all, the whole point of being human meant making mistakes and living life to its fullest. The angel was ridiculed for taking on a 'pointless' case, for fighting for a human soul that would not survive. Having been born into a body that mismatched his soul and into a society that would tear him down for his lifestyle and choices, Reizo knew exactly what sort of a challenge guiding Oliver entailed. Despite the constant obstacles thrown in his way, from helping him deal with school bullies to overcoming a rising alcoholic problem, Reizo was determined to provide this human with the knowledge necessary to succeed in his life. And on top of Oliver having the typical human challenges, being openly exposed to the knowledge of the supernatural was a league of its own in guiding this human in life. Failure is not an option in Reizo's work, but with all the odds stacked against him, Oliver has never seen a future in which he is alive to witness.

Azlan was their mutual friend as they both belonged to the same friend circle. Who knew this person with the sinful purposes will be the reason their bubble of friendship will burst. Hareem later realized "as every diamond make its identity after being carved from a coal so why shouldn't I?" And set off her journey to another world...
