This story is called "just eat". It is about a person who has very big struggles with eating. Almost to the point where it is severe. They do not have a diagnosed eating disorder because they know that if they tell someone they will get shamed for it. They don't like the shame , especially for something they can not control. Just a short story, poem. I wrote this one to explain how it feels when your self conscious about eating in public. How It feels to eat in front of people genuinely. I hope it helps others know they aren't alone.
