Clover gets injured falling into the Dark Ruins and Flowey can't heal it with a save. Instead of resetting, he gets the idea to help Clover a little (a lot) more directly than usual. What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? Only one way to tell... ~o0o~ Disclaimers before you start! •There is NO fanon ships. That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I dislike those types of stories. The reader will have no part in this, and they will not be shipped with anyone. •This exists outside of canon to an extreme. For example, Frisk is the second human and not the eighth. •There will be OCs, but only for a few humans and they still technically exist in normal Undertale. •There is a sequel. I'm planning on rewriting it after this one, as it is much more random and definitely needs it. Clanky, plot holes/retconning, etc. It's more of an OC thing, to explore them and their issues, than an Undertale thing, but it has its similarities. •There will be some explicitives. It won't be unnecessary or excessive, only when it fits the situation and character. I will not be using any slurs, as that's just plain disrespectful, even if some of them apply to me. "The Time Before" by ANinnyMouse42 is the backstory for Sans in this AU with some adjustments (mainly since that was very close to my original idea before I read it and I don't want people to think I copied their masterpiece or smth, if you haven't read it please do so, it's really good). Some things will be in reference to the other books in the trilogy or "From War to Science" by Emotistic-optimistic. If you haven't, read that too. It's really good (along with its sequel). Our beloved Monsters live at the surface for almost a year now. As Christmas time begins, they are all overwhelmed by the festivity and happiness this time of the year brings to everyone. And monsters realize: it's been a long time since they celebrated a family festival under the stars. This is basically a small collection of one-shots that play in the same universe. It will work like an Advent calendar, which means there will (hopefully) be one chapter per day , until it's Christmas eve. Please understand that I am not a native English speaker, so if you find any grammatical errors or typos just point them out to me. I will gladly correct them and learn for the future.

While everyone loves flying, you choose not too, you are also very reluctant on showing your wings, it's a gift you'd rather not have. they remind you too much of a freedom and life you never had, even though you had a completely normal life, you never had a horrible past, or been bullied too much, you have a happy life! or atleast as you allow yourself to have, you always felt unworthy of those happy moments. you're happy! or atleast that's what you make your friends and family believe. you can't help but feel that everything is worthless to try, but why? your brother got most of the attention, but you allowed it, you've always given him more than what he deserves. your relationship with him...... is difficult, but you still love him none the less! one day you bump into a boy named Frisk, he reminds you of your brother in a positive way, they were the the same Frisk that freed those monsters from the underground, and soon enough, they introduced you to their friends. they seem like nice monsters, besides a select few. Chara, flowey, and Sans. Takes place after the events of the true ending in undertale (pacifist route) Things finally seem to be going Frisks way... When the man that speaks in hands shows up and resetting isn't an option...

Summary: Underswap Sans awoke in a rather large patch of golden flowers, he was expectedly sore and his skull felt painfully numb. He looked up to see a hole, he must have fallen. He couldn't crawl out, looks like he's going to have to take the long route. Well, if there was one.

After a serial killer obliterated a good portion of the Underground, Sans, the considered weakest monster stood against it as a last stand. After pulling of a cheap trick, he just expected to the human to come back and try again but... that didn't happen. My take on what would happen after the 'get dunked on' moment if the human didn't reset.

What if the happy ending you see is a facade? Frisk learned the truth many timelines ago. That the world they supposedly experienced and remembered did not exist. That there was no such thing as the monsters being free on the Surface, for it had only brought them back to their last save point. Out of desperation, they reset the world numerous times. By the time guilt stopped them, the resets forced the world into a terrible situation, where a deep corruption lurks, sending the Underground into chaos. With a great darkness shrouding the Undergound and the remaining specks of hope flickering out, it may be only a matter of time before the world fades into the abyss forever. (Currently on hold)

Was perhaps from the moment that Monsterkind were hurled down Mt Ebott like trash that W.D. Gaster knew humans were rotten creatures? Or maybe it was instead during the war when he had been but a young child. Forced to flee from all he's ever known as battle raged across lands, then later as he grew up to create weapons of mass destruction. Perhaps, it was before he was even born that he had know this truth. Gaster was, after all, one of the smartest monsters to have ever lived, and most certainly was the smartest monster in the Underground. Because humans were dangerous, after all. They were miserable, miserable creatures that were powerful yes, but miserable. And his next invention would be the bridge to that gap between their two races. No. Rather then gap it was a chasm. He would create the first biological weapon, and once the barrier was destroyed then nothing would get in its way.

Sans is different to the other monsters. Something about him... No one can understand. He's just different. That human. It has a great 'act'. Everyone is watching the 'show' but sans. That comedian... He knows what's happening...
