Claiming that he's going through a rough time and requires serious help, her parents eventually convince her to marry him, a decision that will turn her life completely upside down. Hidden behind endless textbooks and packs of cigarettes, he spends his life either studying for restless hours, drinking and hanging out with the wrong party, or smoking and committing misconducts. Now, when his supposed parents decide that the best way they can solve all his problems is by marrying him off to Suha Zaid, he's furious. But after he realizes that they won't get off his back if he doesn't marry her, he eventually agrees. She's insecure and emotionally unstable. He's broken and has no faith. Do you ever wonder if they would get along? What if Kusuo couldn't read her mind or see through her skin tissue like everyone else, let alone any of his powers affecting her mind or visual appearance being rendered useless? Would he somehow catch feelings for this particularly pretty yet genuinely kind female? Would he wonder why she tries so much to say as little as possible about her family, acting especially distant whenever her father was mentioned? Why she stays silent about her family's background and her future? Why she felt like the normal everyone else was supposed to be? Would he wonder how much practice it probably took to get to her level of artistic talent? Or about the multi-coloured gem pendant she always seems to wear around her neck? All this and more just make him more curious and interested in her, making him wonder why she's so different from the rest of his classmates. ([Author note: This is my first fanfic, I'm still in school so it might not be great or be updated regularly. I might make more, who knows, I'm just trying something new. This fanfiction will be written in first and third person, most of the first person writing being in the OC's perspective and occasionally in another character's perspective, for example maybe Saiki. Do not blame me if the characters are constantly a bit OOC, I don't meticulously study the anime like a weirdo, this is just my interpretation of them. Author's note: This is a story I've been writing and planning for a long time its the story that has the most of me in it, its the story I'm most proud of. There was a time where there was a a significant brake in which I didn't update a any of my other series and while part of that was because I was busy an other part was that I was writng this story and even when I went back to re update my other stories, I continued working on this story in the background wanting to finish all of it and put it out there without long breaks between chapters, because this story deserves more than that. I find it easier to write about the things that are hard to talk about. I conquered the inability to sustain a consistent character that does not depend on anyone to make me happy. This book is for anyone going through an emotional rollercoaster, anxiety, insecurity, loneliness, fear, low self-esteem, heartbreak etc.
