I don't know why I'm here. I can't remember what I did but it must of been bad because what other reason would there be for me being here. At least I'm not alone. I broke my last cigarette in half. So I put my coat on at 3:36 in the morning and stepped out side seeing my breath fly towards the dark sky. Shoving my hands deep with in my pockets for warmth. I began to walk the cold hugging me tightly not letting me zone out of the real world. I can't stop thinking of the one who holds my heart ,the one who tried giving it back with tender hands , it just melted through my hands. I tried to catch it but it was gone onto the floor the puddle now disappearing I see it my heart went back to them. I realize now I'm on my knees in the middle of the street the cold wet ground seeping through my pants. I can feel a tear fall from my eye and I stand with effort my fingers now frozen stiff I walk towards the store once more.
