A specific intelligence agency decided to host a grand prize in exchange for a friendly game between each other Anyone regardless of race, nature, or what side they partake in is free to join for the "secret" grand prize And these games were separated into each individual "area" or "place" The global placement of this event partakes in the conspiracy island where anyone partaking in it is taken there. Lobotomy & Gax are the first two to register for the "games".
