Complicated Times is more about time. Though those are the focuses of each collection, there are still poems with other questions, in both the collections. I'm making this confusing. But of course, what can be more confusing than philosophy? Time shall tell. :D Also, some of the poems you will read may be cheerful- while others will be morbid.
