Finnnious
A librarian lives in a world where libraries have become obsolete. The entire world converges in a digital reality that they stay jacked into 24/7 to escape the world that was ravaged by war, famine and disaster.
A world where the combined arts, humanities, sciences, history, ideas, innovation and everything else formed and thought of by the human psyche resides. A world where Tolkien's Middle Earth, Bethesda's Skyrim, Martin's Westeros, the massive Indus Civilisation, the entire Star Wars/Trek universes (written, screened and animated), all realities penned and created by every author, game designer, philosopher, corporate giant, political party and human (even Minecraft/Shakespearean 'blurealities') and every real civilisation and era from the Cro-Magnons to Clinton's post-apocalyptic reign all collide. All, from those larger-than-life to the most obsecure, living on each other's fringes and co-habiting an infinitesimal plane.
A world to escape to. Yet something lurks in the shadows threatening to undo the very fabric of this utopian, faux reality. Something even all of human knowledge stored into this world cannot help stop. The librarian finds himself stuck in a race against time and decay to save the last hope for the human race.
How ironic it is that the answers he seek lie in the dusty tomes and volumes of the library long forgotten. He must save P'syche.
