I kicked the stone that was lying in the middle of the road. White fur is walking beside me like my bodyguard, and because of him, I am not feeling scared walking at midnight on the road.

Tomorrow will be the engagement day and I have to avoid it. I will say that I have a fever and didn't go there. This will help if Aunty didn't indicate my lie.

"White fur? Aren't you hungry?" I ask after I hear the sound inside my stomach. They deserve a good meal after doing backflips, flying, jumping and giving me butterflies.

"Bhowww!" He barks and I smile. "I am too hungry, let's see if I have a few things in my empty kitchen because I can't afford a proper meal now" I murmured.

Today was a whole mess. I punched Laksh's face so hard that I could see the prints on his cheek. I do that after I realise that he will get engaged tomorrow and I don't own him. Doing all those things was his fault and stopping him was my responsibility as a woman.

But somewhere I felt that Isha was cheating on Laksh before even marriage happened. I saw her with another man when I was sitting on the bus.

She was with a man, hugging him and at last she kissed him and took a taxi. Hugging was okay but kissing him?

"Wow! Who is saying who was having a romantic moment with her fiancé?" My other brain yelled.

Sorry for that my lord. I am extremely sorry that this will not happen again. But I was also the first who pushed him and punched him. he is a psychopath who was smiling after getting punched by me.

I was, about to step into my building when the guard uncle shouted my name from his security room window.

"What happened? Is everything fine?" I ask him, and he nods with a wrinkled smile on his face.

"You have a parcel and a guest" He said and opened the door of his room. I stepped inside while the white fur was sitting patiently at the doorstep.

"Hello, namaste badi didi" I turn my head to the source of the voice and find Rudra in a Black hoodie with only a bag in his hand.

"What are you doing here?" I ask and he laughs without any reason. I shake my head

"He has been here for more than four hours, but because security reasons, I didn't let him inside. I even tried to inform you, ,but your phone is switched off" Uncle says

"My phone battery is dead" I say, and Turn to face Rudra. "How do you know that I am living here. Who gave you my address? I asked him and he made a face that I don't like .

"I have my own ways, "he says, and I hit his shoulder while giving him my death glare.

"Here is your parcel", Uncle said, giving me the parcel, which is quite heavy "I didn't order anything",, I say, and he sits on his chair.
