He would do anything to keep them safe, to help them grow and improve, even if it meant he could no longer live on Berk itself. Even if it meant risking his own life. And even if it meant everyone there...thought he was dead.

"Just because you're busy doesn't mean you're being productive honey." You heard it right. The amount of stigma that's being attached to productivity seems far more unrealistic in todays world. I've came to a realization, we have been defining pressure as being productive. Don't you think so?

Letter from the Fire is a journey into the smoldering core of human emotion, where love, loss, and the weight of unspoken truths collide. Through the lens of Khalzreenism, it exposes the quiet violence of inner struggles-the exhaustion of emotional labor, the fractures in relationships, and the relentless search for meaning in a world that offers none. Each line scorches with raw honesty, peeling back the psyche to reveal how pain, longing, and fleeting connection shape who we are. It is a confrontation with oneself, a mirror to the parts we hide, and a reckoning with the fires that forge and consume us.

Thought Boxing is a method to regulate your thoughts, organize your goals, and put yourself in a stoic and disciplined state to live your dream life. I've come up with the concept of thought boxing, which helps you regulate your emotions and thoughts for you to have a clear mind, defined intentions, discipline, focus, control over your emotions and habits, and be in a stoic and grounded state. This practice seeks to break the invisible barrier that you mentally set between your current state and the state that you want to ideally be in, from your current habits to the habits that you want to have, from your current actions and activities in life to those that you want to be doing. This practice requires writing thoughts and reasoning down as well as constant meditation of your identity throughout the process. What is written on paper is simply the train of thoughts that occurs during your meditative thinking. The practice consists of putting your thoughts into boxes and analyzing each box and each thought in each box to the core. If something feels vague, it's because it isn't analyzed deep enough. Each box has a ranked priority. Each box might be related to other boxes. Each box represents aspects or elements of your life that have a significant weight on you, whether it is physical, emotional, or mental. The boxes are directly related to how you are treating your own purpose, goals, and happiness. I will describe what fully defines an individual box, how boxes interact with other boxes, and a step-by-step guide to concretely apply thought boxing practice.

Dear Reader, This book is for the thoughtful, quietly intelligent and mostly misunderstood. Those who yearn to connect with others, but fail to do so in a meaningful way. It's for those who might appear satisfied with existence but live a life of melancholia. This book is my way of connecting with the world. Treat this book like a letter in a bottle at sea. You are reading my thoughts, my emotions, my hopes and aspirations. You are reading me. So read carefully, because you are reading my dreams.
